Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear (Boxer Briefs, Briefs, Fitted Trunks, Jocks, Loose Boxers, Thongs) and swimwear (Board Shorts, Jammers, Swimwear, Trunks) unless the items arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
