Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive defective or damaged:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange – if exchange, specify size/style)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
